Maxine James Francis, DPA, BSC, RN
President/CEO International Nursing Consultants
Dr. Maxine James-Francis is a prominent and successful professional individual who has a distinguished background in nursing and healthcare management.
Dr. James-Francis received her Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University in June 2005. Additional credentials include: a MS in Human Resource Management (1996); Certification as a Medical/Legal Nurse Consultant (1997); a BS in Professional Management (1991); and a Diploma in Nursing (1979). Dr. James-Francis is also a founder and Vice President of the Sigma College of Nursing and Applied Sciences in Jamaica. She serves on the Board of Healthy Babies Coalition of Broward County, Inc.
Dr. James-Francis’ experience includes a strong clinical and assessment background in various areas of nursing including Intensive Care Units, management of a Progressive Coronary Care Unit, and Ambulatory Services. Her natural aptitude for personnel management and budgetary efficiency coupled with her experience in patient focused care are what make her initiatives in clinical care so successful.
Dr. James-Francis attributes her success in life to her daily motto: “With God all things are possible.” She enjoys reading and travelling/cruising with her husband, Baldwin, and her son, Braxton.

Vanilyn Brown-Daley RN RM ADM MTD
Cert. ED, FE.MSC, PhD
Born in Jamaica, educated in UK, Vanilyn has been a Registered Nurse since 1979, Registered Midwife since 1981 and a Nurse Educator for 22 years, specializing in Midwifery.
Founder of Sigma Institute of Health Careers in 2001, a Nursing school in Florida USA. Co-founder of International Nursing Consultants in 2004, to offer Nurses and Allied Health personnel, continuing education.
Cofounder of Sigma College of Nursing and applied sciences, Jamaica, in 2004, offering programs for Nursing and continuing education.
Her objective is to continue to provide quality education to Nurses and allied Health professionals. |
